TNG Sports Fest has completed seven successful years of event organizing in the sports arena which is enthusiastically supported by a great majority of tenants, starting with a roster of four sports namely Basketball, Badminton, Billiards, and Bowling. Today, TNG Sports continues to grow with the inclusion of Volleyball and Football in the line up.

TNG aims to push the tenants to go beyond the corners of their respective offices. Fitness programs such as Zumba and Yoga classes, Corporate Imaging, Finance and Travel seminars are some events that The Net Group offers to define the workplace differently.

TNG Give is part of the corporate social responsibility arm of TNG that deals with the human element. More than giving back to our employees and tenants, it is also important to give back to society, particularly the sectors of our neighbourhood that need assistance, especially during times of calamities. To help these communities and institutions, TNG Give pilots various initiatives such as building classrooms, donating relief goods or funding to typhoon-affected communities, donating computers and cash to supplement the education of less fortunate children, and setting up Red Cross blood drives.

The safety of everyone is the primary concern of The Net Group. TNG ensures that all people working under the portfolio are equipped and ready for any unforeseen situations such as earthquakes, fire, bomb threats, and many others. Safety practitioners and first aid professionals are invited to train tenants on the latest in emergency preparedness and safety. Also, all employees of TNG, building admin, and contractors are required to practice safety at all times. Continuous education and online seminars are also provided to the building safety team.

Started in June 2014, TNG Outdoor is the latest addition to the TNG Life family. Climb a mountain with your co-tenants, touch the clouds, and make new friends. Watch out! This might be a door that could lead to more exciting and extreme adventures.

TNG Green is part of the corporate social responsibility arm that deals with the environment. As a green developer, activities that lead to the betterment of the environment are encouraged. These include the following: launching of TNG’s environmental pillars, which comprise of energy conservation, water conversation, and recycling; switching to Aboitiz Power, which provides TNG’s buildings with Cleanergy from geothermal sources; switching to LED lights in all the common areas; and partnering with Meralco in launching the first e-vehicle charging station in Net Lima. Future plans include sustainable living workshops for the tenants, such as backyard farming workshops and tree planting programs.

From its humble beginnings in 2006 with a sports fest between the companies of the first two buildings, Net One Center and Net Square, the TNG LIFE program was fortuitously born. It is a result of an expanded tenant service relationship through a variety of activities, which include sports fests, photography talks, safety seminars, corporate imaging seminars, fitness programs, financial wellness, environmental programs, charitable initiatives, and other pursuits.
